I had the best experience at Petco tonight! As soon as we walked in - we were asked if they could assist with anything. Once we were cashing out - they answered all of my questions (I usually have a lot of questions!) and even helped me find and use coupons. The store was very clean and organized, it was set up different, but so easy to find everything and the prices were up to date. Even the best stores forget to change out a price tag every now and then.
"Adopted" a stray dog. Went by Petco to look for medication. Didn't have much, so after waiting 15 minutes I went to talk to the vet on staff.....Who was super helpful and friendly.
The last couple of times that I've been in here I have been disappointed by the staff. The manager of the store was screaming at other employees to hurry up because she had a conference call on the 1st incident.Today when I went in I was looking for a collar and a leash for my German shepherd and I went to their 50% off ben located near the leashes however nothing in the ben was actually 50% off when I brought it to Jennifer the manager on duties attention she is explained to me that that was just kind of where they threw discounted items that nothing was really 50% off. There was nothing cordial about the way that she explained this to me nor was she willing to change it and make it correct .Last I checked that's false advertisement. I've literally been shopping in this store for 6 or 7 years and just recently I can tell that there has been a change in management because the store is poorly run . Please change things back to the way they were it would be greatly appreciated.

This is the best Petco in Chattanooga. Petco is much better than petsmart for their fish knowledge and dog trainers are always kind and patient for questions.
This Petco is a bit smaller, but the inventory was great - they had so many brands of pet food and do both grooming and dog training!
