My dog was literally dying. They told us they offered monthly payment plans, but they failed to mention the down payment exceeded $1000 upfront. Let alone the total. Then the doctor got an attitude because we couldn't afford their treatment, and decided to treat our dog outside their care, but doesn't even recommend anything other than her treatment. She lied to me and told me they did not sale any antibiotics, that I couldn't purchase them from a vet, and that my best choice was to do nothing at all outside of what she could "maybe " do for our baby. My only only other choice was somehow making the payment and her possibly failing our dog which they admitted to. Very fake friendly doctor, but the rest of the staff is phenomenal.
They're doing all they can to save Bisquit. Kids are worried.
They just truly understand the ♡ their customers have 4 their dogs!
