This is the best vet experience I've had with any of my pets. The office is open and allows the animals free movement and reduced anxiety. My dog was allowed to roam around instead of being anxious in a tiny, sterile exam room. Also, the office lacked the distinctive disinfectant odor of normal vet offices. The appointments are scheduled to provide maximum one on one time and Dr. Lindsay takes time to answer any questions. He is very well informed and earnestly invested in your pet's best interest. He tailors a treatment plan best suited to your pet rather than whatever medication is trending. The overall environment is very relaxed but cheerfully efficient. The pet club is an excellent way to manage pet health maintenance and is by far the best option financially. Superb staff, facilities, and prices.
We love going to visit Dr. John Lindsey, he goes above and beyond to take care of my Shih Tzu (6 years) named Ollie and angora rabbit (10 months) names Bella. I do not have the most routine schedule, but his staff is always flexible and let’s me reschedule and even drop in for immediate needs. I love that usually they only make one appointment a lot, assuring that your pet can have free time to roam and play. Dr. Lindsey goes above and beyond to assure he listens, continues to research and learn, and most importantly, sincerely cares about every person and furbaby he encounters. I would recommend him to anyone looking in the area!
Dr. John Lindsay and staff are supremely knowledgeable and the kindness shown to my dog, Duke, was out of this world. Walk in as a stranger and leave feeling like part of the family. I would recommend MSPWC to anyone and everyone!
I am a pet lover and I mean my baby is , "My baby". Dr Lindsay and his staff "get it". He is a wonderful , knowledgeable, and kind person who took the time and showed the respect and attention I needed for my baby to be untrusted to his care. I would highly recommend if you need a vet that understands the importance of your pet getting high quality individualized healthcare that you use this vet's service. From answering all my questions to unexpected phone calls just to check on my baby, he showed he understands how our pets are an important part of our lives. Excellent !
John is amazing. His office is clean and simple. He always has treats to bribe my dog Petey who is not the biggest fan of the vet. They have an online portal where it's easy to set up appointments and see records which I love. Prices are very reasonable as well.
