Only PetSmart will do for OUR puppies. This is the best place for getting their nails grounded, getting their special cookies and let them walk around to get smells. When we get ready to go, we tell the puppies, we are going to "their store" and they get so excited that is difficult to put their harness on.
A much better experience than their store on Gunbarrel. It's nice to actually have people working in a store that like to talk to people, be around people, help people. Thank you blame the Gunbarrel store on management and I congratulate the management at this store for creating a pleasurable experience
I've been really impressed by the staff here. Each of them is very nice and helpful, and they express a genuine interest in my dog whenever we bring him with us. They also always seem to actually enjoy working there. The only problem I have is not with this location, but with Pet Smart in general - the prices. You can find most things there cheaper at Walmart or on Amazon.
The young lady (name tag said "lambchop") that cashed me out was really great. I was stressing about my cat and needed to get him some medicine. She made a suggestion about what I was purchasing and she saved me making a big mistake. I really appreciated her upbeat attitude and thoughtfulness. Great job to the young lady my cat and I thank you:)
I have had relatively good experiences at the grooming salon in the past. Unfortunately, I just picked my pup up from his appointment and I am not happy. Ronnie, the groomer (have never had him before), nearly shaved him when I asked him specifically to leave him long. Ronnie agreed to this before I left. Our dog is a goldendoodle with beautiful fur/hair, and although he was a bit matted under his armpits and belly, he was nearly free of mats elsewhere. I have been brushing him to make sure we could keep his hair long throughout the winter. Ronnie shaved him down and now our dog's beautiful fur is gone. I will not be back and Ronnie did a terrible job. I think he was just being lazy.
