I took both of Mr dogs there to get fixed and out cosy me LESS then my vet for just ONE dog.
They got my girl in the same week I called. They were very quick about getting the registration line done but not rushing anybody through questions. They were very gentle with my dog even though she is highly energetic Pit bull. They made sure she was comfortable her incision looks great and they offer supplemental pain med without being rude. Chatta Nueter was rude about wanting to purchase pain med. Surprisingly she is being very calm after surgery as well. Thank you for taking care of Princess Paws, it was pleasure I was very Leary about using anyone but my vet and could not afford them and Wally's took all my worries they were inexpensive and did a great job. :)

I have used Wally's for many years with both cats & dogs and have always been very pleased! However my most recent experience with a 6 month old kitten I wasn't as pleased. Although all staff members I came in contact with were very friendly, kind & helpful, no one called me with any kind of update and when I called I only kept getting voice mail & no one returned my call. Also when I picked her up, was laying in a SATURATED blanket full of urine I do understand that it's not their fault she pottied, however, there's no way possible this wasn't noticed The smell of cat urine would knock u down! Seems they could have at least bagged up the wet blanket & laid her on paper towels or newspaper or something! Also I would think the vet would at least want to look at & check the incision site before sending them home, and that was obviously not done or they would have noticed the blanket & cat being wet. But now, since she laid in the urine for an unknown amount of time (long enough that her underside was wet) she has an infection at her incision. I really don't mean to speak bad of Wally's cuz I appreciate everything they do & their kindness as well. But please at least give a phone call for updates & if there are no means for them to have a chance to potty (I inderstand there's not always a way to do so, especially with cats) make sure they're at least dry when they go home.

Had a great experience with Wally's Friends. Dropped my dog Peaches off Tuesday morning at 8 to get spayed, micro chipped, claws trimmed, and vaccinated. Took about 30 minutes to check in and drop her off. They had her ready for pickup Wednesday morning at 7:30. I got there late but she was excited to come home. They also let me purchase a cone for her so she wouldn't be able to lick herself. The supplemental pain medicine can be purchased for $10 and is very easy to use.
