Loved feeding the cyclists empanadas at cycle sport! The staff was super friendly and supportive. Super awesome of them to offer a free maintenance class while I was there with half price tune ups as well. Can't wait to go back and bring some more treats

All the employees, minus the owner (Jim, I believe), were rude and had an attitude. On the phone, they’d put me on hold without telling me so I was under the impression the call had dropped, and today while making a return one of the employees told me “Next time you better not expect me to do this. I can get in a lot of f**king trouble for this.” He was simply refunding me for labor costs on a bike they didn’t really fix. I won’t ever be here again.
Love this place! Very helpful and extremely friendly staff. When you go there to get your bike fixed, they will prop it up in front of you, and show you how to fix it. UNLIKE EAST RIDE BIKE SHOP. Over at EBS, they take your bike and shove it into the back storage room and act like they fixed it. Workers here know how to to business! I went there with a problem on my bike and they fixed it right in front of my face with no Bu!!$h1t. Love you guys!
