I'm in Chattanooga to race the 70.3 World Championships this weekend. I ended up with an issue with my brakes after building my bike. I headed to Trek Bike Shop first thing Thursday morning hoping they would be able to help me. I was blown away by the professionalism and service I received from the moment I walked in. David was able to get me sorted out and got my bike in top shape! I couldn't be happier with the experience. A++. I hung out while they worked on my bike and saw repeated amazing customer service time after time. Definitely would come again
Went in for a few items and came out with a new bike! Absolutely trusted everything the salesman told us. My son's current bike was 2 sizes too small. They made sure he got one for his exact height. They allowed/made him take it out for a ride at the park. What better way to know for sure if you like your bike. I would not change one thing. I've read reviews about this store being snobby. We experienced nothing of the sort nor did we see that with any other customer's. Our salesman stayed with us from the moment he greeted us until he helped us load it in the truck. Very very glad I googled bike stores near me...even if it was a 30 min drive! Thank you CW.
I recently purchased a 2018 Domane SL5 Disc and the experience couldn't have been better! My wife and I were visiting Chattanooga and she suggested that we visit the Trek Bicycle Store because she knew I was looking into buying a new bike (she also has a Trek). I had no intention of buying a bike in Chattanooga so I was reluctant to go, but she convinced me otherwise. I'm glad I listen to my wife :-). We arrived at the store about 30 minutes before closing and were immediately greeted by Travis Davis (super nice guy!). I told Travis that I had been reading up on the Domane SL 5 Disc and I asked if they had a size 54 in stock. Low and behold they did (my interest piqued a bit). Travis showed me the bike and asked if I wanted to take a test ride. Seeing as I was dressed in casual shorts and sandals I wasn't sure how much good it would do, but Travis insisted, but first he had to give me a bike fit (can you believe it?). Travis put the bike on their bike-fit machine, I got on the bike, and he proceeded to adjust the saddle height and saddle distance. He even swapped the stem orientation to best fit my reach! Way to go Travis! That being done, he gave me a helmet and told me of a good place for a test ride. "Take as long as you'd like," he said as I went zipping out the door. Keep in mind that the store was scheduled to close in 15 minutes. Long story short, I loved the bike, paid for it that evening, and they shipped it to my house in Austin, TX at no charge. The bike arrived on Wednesday this week and I've ridden it on Friday and Saturday (I'm also planning on riding Sunday). The bike is a dream and Travis and the Chattanooga Trek Bicycle Store couldn't have been any nicer or more accommodating. Thanks very much Travis!
Great shop with great staff, David Neiles and crew helped us put my 2 boys on their first real bikes today. The service was excellent with a no pressure sales approach, only industry knowledge and sound advice to be found here. I would recommend this shop to anyone willing to listen.
