Catering delivery today for 15 people.
Reserved a bonless ham online and called before heading to pick it up Friday afternoon. Were told they were out of ham and to come in the morning. Showed up on Saturday at when they opened, there were 50 people in line. They still didn't have the ham I reserved (half, boneless) so I had to get a quarter ham bone-in. If I hadn't been utilizing a gift card to honey baked ham, I would have gone elsewhere.
I buy hams every year has to be the worst ever bought not much meat on it mostly fat and bone not worth the $51.00. It wasn't worth bringing home. Wont buy any more from here been better if I went to Wal-Mart and got a cheaper ham
No ice in the ice machine, woman at register didn't know if they had kids meal and didn't know what came with them once she found them on the register. Gave me one punch on my loyalty card instead of the two I was supposed to get and charged me for three sandwiches instead of two.
This place has great food but I believe horrible uneducated staff to include the manager that did not get on the phone with me and apologies for the mistake. It is the little stuff people, the little stuff....
Either do first come first served, or take reservations. You can't do both. Ridiculous!
Customer service at the Chattanooga store was terrible. No receipt was left when food was delivered. I had to go to the store and request a receipt. The cashier was rude and said she was going to email me the receipt (but didn’t have my email). The food was good but the poor attitude in the store will make me look elsewhere for a catering option that actually cares about good customer service.
First let me say that for the last 5 years honey baked ham and turkey are all we eat for thanksgiving and christmas with no issues picking up...just left this place with no organization...we are always told call ahead of time and get reservation for ham and turkey or you will not be able to pick up...so every year we call, get reservation and take number with us with no problem...so tonight we take our reservation number in with us...the lady at the register says "oh we ran out of turkey you will have to wait till their ready" wait what about the reservation that I had to have? She says we give everyone a number and write it down in a book...so I'm confused if you take the numbers and write them down shouldn't we count how much food you need and have that much food? Also I understand one of the excuses is that one of the trucks broke down which is completely understandable but have your employees explain that and be more helpful to the onest that you put in a corner and ask to sit and wait for the turkeys your trying to get ready...another piece of advice is when you have a room full of people all waiting on the same thing have a list that you write names down on so other people that come in don't try and get theirs first...and have a manager put in the waiting area apologizing for the inconvenience....this will not be the last time we go to honey baked ham just hope the advice of better organization is listened to
Called back to tell them about the third sandwich and she paused for about 30 seconds before asking me to hold. " Next time you come in you can get your money back or the sandwich." What a great deal.... I can either have what I am owed or they can give me one of there greedy sandwiches.
