LOVE this shop. I'm an out of towner but come to Chattanooga quite a bit. This place is good for business meetings, social meet ups, or just working/ relaxing. Desserts are varied and always good, the coffee selection is extensive, and the food is quick and well prepared. Prices are medium to high but worth it for the awesome location and quaint building. Friendly and fast service!
We really enjoyed this coffee house. It has such a beautiful look. I'd say it's the heart of the bluff view district because everyone seems to want to get coffee here at anytime of the day. It's open long hours from 7-10:30 and 11:30 on Saturdays, I believe. We had breakfast here three days in row and it was nice for a café. It's beautiful to eat outside. I wish they had white star lights in the vines to make it even more romantic.
I stopped by here after eating at Tony’s pasta tonight and had an amazing cinnamon mocha and chai latte with my girlfriend. Also, had a nice eclair with chocolate filling and enjoyed it as well. The outside area is always kept nice and neat, and a great place to drink quality coffee in Chattanooga, and is quite literally a landmark in the area.
This used to be one of my favorite places to hang out back when I was in college. I'm glad to see that it hasn't changed at all since then. The atmosphere is very relaxing and romantic. The selection of coffee, tea, and dessert is huge! If I still lived in Chatty I would be there all the time. Please stop by if you are in the area. You won't be disappointed.
My sister in law and I ate at Rembrandt’s on Wednesday, November 22 for lunch. I have always enjoyed both the atmosphere and food there so I was excited to take her there while she was visiting for Thanksgiving. We had the tuna sandwich and a bowl of the tomato artichoke soup. We noticed that the man who was running the food from the kitchen had on a dirty jacket- I guess he needed a jacket as he often had to go outside to deliver food. Now my sister in law is ill. Can’t help but think that maybe it is connected to the food prep/food service from our visit. I’m sure Rembrandt’s always gets a good health rating but now I wonder.
