I recently took a friend with me to help me pick out a couch. We had the best time trying out all the different kinds of furniture. The staff and our salesman, Nate made the experience even better. He did everything he could to make us feel welcome and right at home. He wasn't clingy but made sure he was nearby should we have made a decision. Definitely coming back here should I ever need furniture again.
During our visit to Ashley, we worked with a lovely gentleman named Aaron. He was very helpful and not so clingy like some salesman are. There was also a very nice selection of furniture. We found several living room sets that we really liked. The prices were killer at the time - the Black Friday sale was going on.
They employees were very caring and walking you through your purchase the whole way. They made sure you walked out with an offer and a payment plan that best suites you. Did not expect to find our bedroom suite the day we walked in, but walked out satisfied. A little more expensive than rooms to go, but quality is better.
This is the worse furniture store I have ever dealt with in my whole life. I will not came back to this store to buy anything else. I wouldn’t sent my friends family or my worse enemy to this store. My spouse and I have been trying to get a situation resolved that has been going on for 1 whole year. The salesman doesn’t know what he is doing and both managers are too afraid to step up to the plate and answer a phone call. When you go into the store they hide from you. Customer service sucks. They tell you a bunch of lies to get you to leave the store. I have a major issue with a company saying one thing but doing another. The Furniture they sell here is garbage. Don't waste your money or your time dealing with these clowns. One star is actually to high of a score to give this place.
Just purchased a new leather sectional. Sales Rep. Craig Witt was great to work with. He’s very knowledgeable in Ashley’s product, services, financing and warranty. The best part about the whole experience with Craig is he wasn’t pushy. Ask for Craig!
