I was very excited they arrived to deliver my bedroom suite and left the mattress at the store....they told me that it would be Monday before I could get my mattress delivered because they don't deliver on Sunday's.... I even sent my boyfriend to buy a living room suite but I believe that I may cancel that order.... I am very furious I have a 4 month old and we been sleeping on the couch for three days now... I am very unsatisfied with the company... I will never buy from there again...
An employee named Shannon lied to me to make her sale. I will not do business with that Badcock again.
Very bad experience. They sell you discontinued funiture and then they wait till you get funiture to find out that it was discontinued. Major lack of management. No solution was made till a week later. The solution wasn't very thought out properly. They wasn't looking to satisfy the customer. I recommend no one to use this store at all. There is many more funiture stores to choose from in Chattanooga.
Delivery not here on time 9/9/17.was supposed to be here between 2 and 6.now I have to sleep on the floor.this is bull.
I wish I never made a purchase here! I was given the wrong furniture and they tried to act like it was my fault! The furniture that was delivered was already torn.
