We recently bought some baby furniture at this store and were very impressed by the treatment we received. We had no doubt that the staff gave us a great deal. They were patient and professional the entire time. We had originally went to the store to pick up a piece of furniture we had ordered and decided on buying another piece as well, which would not fit in our vehicle. We do not live near the store at all and the staff worked out a delivery situation with us that went above and beyond. I don't believe this is something they normally do but it was proof they would do what they needed to in order to win our business. We are happy to have visited and would recommend it to anyone.
I was very impressed with the amount and quality of the furniture. Some items are a little on the pricey side though.
I love this store and the family feel that it has. They seem more inclined to do right by customers and offer a good discount rather than make a ton of money on the first sale and never see the customer again. I bought my daughter's bed from there. They delivered and put it together for me. It is a great and solid bed that will last years. We also bought a play structure from there, and knowing that my daughter was due to have major surgery, they threw in a couple of fun extras for her to enjoy on the structure. It took a while for me to cover the deposit and they had no trouble waiting for me to pay it off. No pressure from them. We have joust bought our nursery furniture from there, and yet again a great deal on thick, solid wood furniture which will last for years, I have no doubt. Compared to the cheaper furniture you can buy from big retail stores, this furniture is a cut above them all, and the customer service and family feel you get from this store are just a couple of reasons that this store is worth shopping at!!
Very disappointed with the company.
The service was great when we bought a swing set for our 2 year old granddaughter. Since then we have had some issues with the set, splinter boards, screws coming out. Had to call them 3 times, went there once to get someone to come out and fix the problem. Painted over the splinters, the screw that broke the wood, he took a screw out of the climbing wall to put in beside the one that was loose, now the wall is loose, didn't replace the latter that the wood split on top..
