Bought a new LG Refrigerator from Conn's, taking advantage of my newly given credit line. Customer service was excellent, both saleswoman and manager super friendly. Made the whole process as easy as I've ever had. Delivery crew was great and got my fridge in the house with little effort. Super nice guys too, really knew what they were doing.
I also purchased a table, went back later to get two additional chairs and a microwave. Nothing was in stock and I have to pay $75 for delivery. By the way, it appears that all purchases must be delivered so you have to pay delivery fee. Get everything you need the first time if you decide to purchase here. This is ridiculous. I went to Best buy and got the microwave with free shipping and I picked it up at the store 3 days later. The microwave was cheaper at Best Buy anyway. Shop at your own risk, this is just not my type of customer service. I will choose to find a store with like minds.
Excellent service, very helpful staff and sales professionals. Delivery was exactly when they promised. Kept in contact with me during entire process. Very happy with the entire experience!
Overall I had an excellent experience from start to finish with my delivery. Everyone was polite and had excellent customer service skills from the store to the delivery. Things that could use improvement were: Delivery did not arrive during the window given. They were 1 hour late. I realize this is was during Christmas time, but a call would have been nice. I had no plans so the fact they were late did not alter my schedule. The guys who delivered did their best assembling the furniture, but I believe additional training in that area would have been helpful. In the end, my husband and I corrected the assembly.
I will not return to shop here. I purchased a sofa with specific requirements because I have dogs. The sofa I purchased was broken but not noticed until after two days after delivery. I was given in store credit for another piece of furniture but they don't carry the same sofa (2 weeks later). They only carry 4 top grain leather sofas and all 4 have seams on top of cushion which I did not want. I chose the one I purchased for a reason. I am not sure this will ever be resolved for me.
