The delivery guy is ridiculous he never answers his phone. Once he finally did he said he would deliver to us on Tuesday here it is 7:03 and I still haven't received my couch. My husband has called all day and so have I and he still doesn't answer his phone. My salesman was wonderful to us but I will not be buyin from here again due to your delivery guy. You might need to find someone else who is better than the guy you have currently

Our sales representative, Leta Doyle, was so pleasant, informative and helpful throughout the process. Another salesperson, Mr. Tracy Martin, also offered consultation and help from his years of experience and expertise.
This was the first place we looked for furniture and after we looked at nearly every other store in Chattanooga, we ended up buying here.
Our problems became more involved, so we needed additional help which was provided by the store manager, Trey. We were most impressed with him because he was kind and patient and truly went out of his way to help us. He did a skillful job of interpreting company policy while at the same time making us feel "heard," which is a delicate balance.

I bought a couch and chair on Saturday. I was told these pieces would be delivered after four on Tuesday. It is past midnight, no delivery, and no notification that delivery was cancelled/delayed whatever the story is. I have no contact information for the delivery people and the store isn’t open until Friday. Very disappointed. The sales associate that helped me was also very unprofessional. He began hitting on me and making me feel very uncomfortable. Extremely unprofessional. I will update review when delivery issue is settled.
So we decided to try this place again and the results are still horrible. I ordered a dining room table with six chairs and one table. They only had four chairs in store and told me I would have my other two chairs by Christmas and here it is only a few days away from Christmas and still no chairs. Your general manager Trey is a joke and for him to me I am ridiculous because I am upset is unprofessional. He told me he couldn’t take chairs from someone else set cause they are picking it up for Christmas but I bought mine in November and they didn’t have problem then giving away the two chairs that were suppose to be with the table I bought. Lesson learned will never step foot in that place again or give them anymore of my money
My husband and I recently went to factory Direct Furniture to shop for a new mattress. We were changing from a queen to a king bed, using two extra long twins to achieve that, so we encountered some difficulty figuring out just what we needed, especially since we were also making them "lift" beds, to help with a medical problem.
