I've bought items here before. Was looking into buying something else but couldn't get anyone to help so I left.
Be very cautious when buying so called leather couches from here. Ours looked great for about a year. It started cracking and peeling shoetly after that. The leather is actually bonded leather. Even when using leather conditioner from the store it peels.
We ordered a power reclining sofa here. It took 2 weeks for delivery. The first day we had it the bottom broke and now it makes an awful cracking noise when reclined. We called Rooms To Go the next day and they said they would send a repair guy to look at it in 2 more weeks. The guy never showed up so we called again and they said he called out sick and it would be 2 more weeks before he could come. 2 weeks later he shows up and says he cannot fix it and they would send a replacement which should arrive in 2 more weeks. When they show up with the replacement the delivery guy looks in his truck and tells us the couch got broken in transit and he will have to get a different one and come back in 2 more weeks. We have been paying on this broken couch for over 2 months now and they still have not fixed or replaced it... I would steer clear of Rooms To Go if I were you.
The worst customer service I have ever seen. I walked in and did 3 laps around the store and no one even acknowledged the fact that I was in the place. Approached one sales person and within 30 seconds he turned around to help someone else and left me standing there. Just before I walked out of the place yo go yo Ashley furniture across the street I approached a second sales person. He brushed me off and directed me yo a lady who was finally able to help me. I ended up buying a sofa from her but I still am not sure why. It was raining, I was tired and needed a sofa. Must have been their lucky day.
In store experience was great. Paid for dining room table in full and set delivery date with plenty of time for Thanksgiving. When delivered, corner has chip missing and table stuck in open position when trying to put in leaf. Service was no help, refusing to make it right by returning with a new table until after Thanksgiving. Which defeats the purpose of the new table. They have no care for customer once they get their money. Definitely will not be purchasing anything further from RTG due to terrible service. Will ensure all friends are advised via social media and any means necessary.
