Almost zero wait time on a Saturday night. Incredible, awesome doctors, nurses, and staff! Highly recommended ER.

My mother went to the er after a vehicle struck her and was not treated properly. Dr refused to give her pain meds even through she complained of chest neck and back pain. The nurse said and I quote, "he's not going to put his license of the line" as if my mother was some type of drug addict. The er charge nurse also hung up in my face when I called and complained. This used to be our go to hospital but no more. My mother was forced to treat herself. I wont recommend no to go to this place.

So long story short. Because I was unable to make it to a real hospital I am left with half of my hand having limited mobility and a finger that completely doesn't work. Remember this story people and make sure to go somewhere that can make you whole again, irregardless of your situation.

We are here now. I normally have a great experience here. Its the only one i will go to. But not today it took me a day and a half to convince my husband to come get checked out. And he only did cause his pain got so bad he couldn't stand it anymore. He's was having sharp pain in his upper back shoulder chest and down his arm.THE NURSES are the WORSE I have ever had she has an additude rolled her eyes. And I had to ask what they were doing because we were being treated like we are the dirt on there shoes. I am FURIOUS..and you know he has 2 insurance plans so it ain't like they will not be paid all of bill will be covered by insurance company..we will not come back after this.. we are human beings. And should be treated as such.

Have been to this hospital many times for small things so i assumed it was a good hospital. One day I ended up cutting my hand real bad, severing a tendon in the process. I was bleeding so much, my girlfriend thought we should go to the closest place or I could die. When we arrived they did a good job getting me seen fast but here is the kicker - I didn't have insurance. The doctor just straight up told me they didn't have the resources to fix my tendon. They gave me a referral to somewhere I knew didn't help non insured patients and I told them this fact. I was told to call the health department and a bunch of other agencies that can help and if that didn't work they would send me to a different hospital. The problem is there is a short timeline to get tendons repaired. We're talking less than two weeks (per the doctor). Now some of the places they referred me to are great help for the non insured but they can take a while to get things going. I couldn't get back in touch with the original doctor that promised to send me somewhere else. When I talked to the other staff they were unwilling or not able to send me to a different orthopedist.

The staff was polite and friendly, but my problem is with their billing/price gouging. All they did was give me a shot and a couple of prescription pills for a severe gout attack. Which the only reason I went to the ER for was in hopes of being able to stop the attack as I could not afford to be sent home from work that night. After finding out my insurance would only pay little to nothing, they started hounding me to pay over $1000 at Christmas time simply for receiving some pills and a shot. Seems to me to be a Complete over-charge for patients. I find it to be completely unacceptable. I will never return to this hospital again, regardless of how much pain I’m in. I don’t recall other ER visits being this expensive at a couple of other hospitals between the few times my wife or I have had to go to the ER.
