We have been here for 4 hours. 2 1/2 of them stuck in a room of 6 families waiting on the same Doctor. No one has come in to check on ANY child in that time. You walk out of the room and none if the staff are doing anything but standing around. They should have separate rooms or only a few in the same room not thus many for this long!!!!!!!!!
This is a great place to take your children! If you like that rude, unfriendly, disrepectful and couldnt care less to tell you anything about your child type of experience, JACKPOT! I do feel that i owe an apology as well though. Im sorry that you had to get out of your chair not once, but twice in 5 hours to check on my daughter. Shame on me.
The only children's hospital in the area and some of the staff seem to care. However my daughter was scheduled for "stat" MRI after being admitted. They cut her off from food and water at midnight, she still wasn't taken back 12 hours later. She was in pain, tired, thirsty and needed surgery. Complete fail on behalf of the radiology department. Her Dr. was very good at explaining and going through everything with us. I wouldn't say efficiency is their strong point.
Been here a number of times. Always fast and friendly. We drive 45 min just to go here over the hospital in our town. (Cleveland)
On a brighter note, their KOHL’S style mannequin display sporting all the latest scrubs fashions behind the counter is really nice. Oh my bad, one just blinked. I got it.. back up for the coworkers that have to get out of their chairs 3 times in one day. Never again.
