I never do reviews on social media, however my experience at this hotel compels me to do so after filling out their satisfaction survey (they asked for this). This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room was downright terrible. The carpet was icky, smelled like they were farming mold, and the lovely tub had an exquisite film of funk lining it. We checked out that night. Tracy the manager of the location was a professional at customer dissatisfaction. Unyielding in her pursuit to make excuses to keep my money, it will be the last Best Western ever gets from me. One star only because Google requires it, otherwise it would have been 0 stars. Book with this hotel at your own risk.
Nice hotel~ The rooms with three beds are excellent. The restaurant it's attached to is very good, too. Location is right near McKays bookstore (which is Awesome) and the interstate.
I stayed at this casual hotel during the Hurricane Irma evacuation. They were very friendly and it was convenient location to the expressway. There is a swimming pool and a hotel restaurant. Very friendly staff.
Staff were sweet and happy to help me. Comfortable and clean room-- no issues at all. No complimentary breakfast which is too bad, but the attached restaurant was pretty good.
This nice hotel is located just off the interstate but far enough away to not hear the traffic. It is an older hotel but is in good condition and a good value for the price. The restaurant is great with over 600 items on the menu and is open 24/7.
