In addition I had a couple interactions with Jazzman who was very customer friendly, professional and had a smile. There is a little construction on main level but it does not impact your stay.

Isiah was exceptionally helpful. The hotel was clean and I had no problems with my room. The location is favorable for traffic. The service was great and Mrs. PEGGY was awesome in the kitchen. That mexican scramble is the bomb. Everyone was very professional. House keeping was great for the four days I was there. Thanks for making my trip great with your great service.

Great stay. Everything was wonderful. Very neat and clean hotel. Rooms were nice, beds were very comfortable! Kids enjoyed the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
We stayed at the comfort Inn during our annual family reunion . The staff was professional courteous and most of all customer focus. They also offered a free breakfast I was surprised with how many items were available, my favorite was being able to make my own waffle. The staff member made sure all the items were available including sausage, eggs pancakes etc. There were at least 4 different kinds of coffee available. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we revisit Chattanooga.
Stayed at this hotel during Thanksgiving. Kathy the GM was very nice and accommodating. I did not have a reservation & insisted on seeing the rooms prior to to purchase. Kathy was patient & even offered a Thanksgiving savings. She showed a room that I wasn't expecting... It very spacious and perfect for entertaining. This hotel is very clean, quite, I slept comfortably and extremely economical for what you get. I highly recommend it to you.
This hotel is very nice for the price you pay. The staff at the front desk was nice and friendly. The only issue we had were the lights shining in our room from the street. Other than that great stay and nice hotel. We will stay here again if we are back this way! :)
