Their weekend nightly rate is slightly higher than I would have liked and breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was... but overall I'd stay here again because of the experience. Location and proximity worked out great for my needs but it's a little further from downtown Chattanooga than I expected.
Fairly clean and seems to have been recently renovated. Room smelled funny. Staff were courteous and accommodating. Amenities were convenient, but furniture (modern style) was odd: chairs with uneven arms, odd couches, etc.).
An older hotel, which has been well renovated. Clean room w/o odor. Air conditioner worked well. Bathrooms were equipped w/ a high powered shower head. I really liked the towels too, thick and soft. Friendly check-in. Only one issue....no continental breakfast offered. (Only ding against.) Convenient location off the highway. No funky smell in the room. Easy access on / off highway. NO ELEVATOR, but it's only two floors.
The staff here were more than pleasant and helpful for my stay. I had no issues whatsoever and was thankful I chose this property for my short stay.
On a week long motorcycle trip with the guys and stayed here on our second to last day. Pulling into driveway my bike started to lose oil, leaving a good size puddle under car port. Mr. Cadina, the manager and his staff(especially Marissa) were very helpful in hooking me up with local dealership who came and brought my bike back to their shop. I couldn't get the bike fixed so I will need to come back and get it. I will stay here when I return. Thanks!
The staff was awesome. I made an error booking a room through a 3rd party and the front desk manager went above and beyond to correct it for me. They even upgraded my room. "just cause I damn well feel like it " is the reason he gave me. Overall this was an excellent experience and I will continue to stay here when I am in town.
