Great for hiking and biking. Just keep an eye on the signs that designate which side if the trail hikers and bikers are. If you don't, you will get run over!
Beautiful view from the Cherokee trail. Also hiked the blue trail and really enjoyed it. It's a great place to bring your dog too.

Good place for hiking. Just enough terrain to make it a nice hike but not So much you cannot enjoy it. The view is stunning.
Awesome place for trail running or mountain biking. Great views of Chattanooga from the little dock that was added. Lots of good hills on the trails to kick your butt
