Everyone was awesome! As soon as we got out the car, Justin Brown helped us and got us started on the paperwork. Everyone there was nice, we personally dealt with Justin Brown and Justin Sue. They were honest from the start about everything. I like how he didnt toy with us about picking out a car until after he got our info and we were pretty much approved. Just overall wonderful experience, and able to get a newer model vehicle without having 'perfect' credit. Also, being able to lease and trade after a certain period of time, to keep up with today's cars is a plus.
I'm on auto pay, the company always takes the money out first thing in the morning on pay day. Well they didn't this week so I called. Spoke with a gentleman told me it should be okay and still come out. Well its day two and hasnt come out. I call down there today and the lady threatens me with a late fee! And gets rude with me! They have done this before! Would not recommend based on customer service after purchase!
