They put a sign out for free gas for a good review...not happening! I'll warn GOOD people to avoid this BAD business! They have an F with BBB for a reason!
I traded in my fully paid off, well maintained Honda for a Kia Sedona. On THE WAY HOME from the dealership the check engine light came on, of course I'm annoyed, so I call and eventually take my van back to them to be "fixed" (it never was) and am confronted by a very unprofessional GM. Instead of being understanding she (every single time there is an issue) argues with me and has an attitude. My husband is very kind, he has been told many times in life that for him not to like someone something has to be wrong with them, and even he can't stand her UNPROFESSIONAL attitude problem. He got a truck from them (knew it was a mistake) a Colorado and within a month the ENGINE had to be replaced!! A few of the staff are very friendly, I will say that. They should either shut this lemon factory down, or replace the vehicles & GM! I cannot wait to pay my van off and be done with them for good! We will NEVER buy another car from this junkyard!
Really nice place to come get a car from. Always friendly service, and have really helped me out when I was in need it. Oh and they have great popcorn, I always have to get some when I am in.
I have really enjoyed the customer service from car-mart. They are friendly and make anything work with you. I recommend car-mart to anybody in need of a new car. They also make payment options that's helpful for you.
My husband and I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful people at Car-Mart. They truly do put their customer's first and make the car buying experience painless and quick. Not to mention they are more than willing to work with you in times of financial difficulties to make sure you can stay in your car. I would recommend anyone and everyone to shop here first! I absolutely adore my Chevrolet Equinox I acquired from Car-Mart in Hixon, TN! It’s totally fabulous!!! They worked with me for it to be affordable and in addition they fixed the few issues I found right away! And the staff is so personable and friendly!
