It was one of the best buying environments I have ever witnessed. We were allowed time to walk around and get accustomed to the lot. We then were greeted by Doug with a friendly smile and great personality. Doug then took us on a ride along in Arbarth edition, which is what we were looking into getting. He surprised us with his skills and knowledge of the car. He really knew his stuff. He wasn't pushy nor was he aggressive for pushing us into buying a car. Crown gave us what we wanted for our trade in, as well as 3k off the msrp. I am going to recommend anyone that is interested in looking into the Fiat, to go to Crown Dublin.
We checked out the web site first and found a nice looking car with an awesome price. We called the dealership and spoke to Avery McConnell. He had the car waiting for us upon our arrival. He even came outside to meet us. While in the care of Crown FIAT, we were treated extremely well. There was no hard sell approach. Best car buying experience ever! Before we left with our new car, a manager even came out and thanked us for coming out.
When buying a car you expect them to try and get as much money out of you as possible but these guys were ridiculous. It took 3 hours for them to get to a fair price. Asking details such as interest rate and final price got smurks and laughter as if it didn't matter as long as they got you the payments you wanted. You need to educate yourself on what these cars are selling for and a good number for your trade in because these guys will take you if you don't. Don't think the deal is done when you walk out because they may call you in a couple of weeks and tell you the financing you signed for they could not do and they had to go to a higher interest rate. I found the car on the internet and was more interested in the car, since it was at a Crown dealership. We had bought a new car from Crown before and my wife and I were very happy with the sales experience, as well as, with the maintenance of our car. On this trip I was looking for a good reliable used car for my college-aged daughter. Josh contacted me immediately and set a convenient appointment for me to see the car. Ralph met with me and told me about issues the car had and that he would make it right. And since my daughter was out of town; the Sunday hours for us to finalize the deal was great. My daughter loves her new car and the car buying experience was a happy one for her and for us. I will definitely continue dealing with Crown!
