Thompson and his manager were very helpful and respectful. Accompanying their experience, they were great to deal with. Being 500+ miles from home and waiting for my vehicle, they reccomended things to do in the area while waiting for the tranmission to be recieved and installed. Thompson and his staff were personable (we chatted nearly an hour) and definitely made the inconvenience more pleasant than to be expected. I'm grateful that the tow truck driver reccomended AAMCO.
Took my 2014 Nissan versa in for transmission work and some other issues and they were so kind to deal with and handled talking to the warranty company and car company did me so I wouldn't have to deal with that stress and were fast getting my car fixed despite being covered up with work. Thompson is a good man and so is Scott and all the other workers. Definitely recommend going here for any work you need done!
Obviously, sometimes things are not able to be forseen. However, I was called daily on updates of my vehicle, which truly shows customer care and service.
Manager was nice, and facility was clean, but for full rebuild they offer a really short warranty. Went to Gears Transmission and got a better price as well as a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty.
I'll start off with I live in Florida, and my transmission happened to go out while traveling through TN. This was definitely a first for me.
