I have taken both our cars here in the last year! 1 windshield and passanger door glass. Had glass for both cars the next day. Fast service, friendly, and cheapest around! I recommend them to everybody!
I came in at my scheduled time on a Monday and it reeked of cigarette smoke. I was then told to wait because my windshield should be on the first load in. I waited over an hour only to be told that something had gotten mixed up and my windshield had actually not been ordered and I would have to come back the next day. I came back and it took about an hour and a half for the windshield to be put on. It looked beautiful! And it was cheaper than Safelite. I recommend making certain your windshield is at the shop before you go down there. Thankfully, my work schedule allowed me to get this all done.
I went here on my hour lunch break and still made it back with 10 mins to spare. They have Great customer service, the best pricing around and the work they do tops it all. Recommend to anyone!
Very inefficient. I was told it would take about 45-60 minutes to complete the windshield change. After an hour had passed, I looked out to see my vehicle still sitting outside. I asked if they were still going to replace my windshield, to which I was told they'd start on it right away and it would take about 30 minutes. An hour and fifteen minutes later they finished. My hour lunch ran far over and they weren't the least bit apologetic for their oversight. Stay away from them, you can do as well elsewhere, and can certainly receive better service.
