OK service. A little slow. Their hours are a little off, too. They will work with you on most things and do a good job explaining the problems to you. I'll give them that they're very friendly. As with all auto places, there are a few "extra things that need fixed" that will inevitably come up during the process. They fixed my head gasket, and for the price (and problems afterward, which are ongoing) I should've just gotten a new engine. Overall, decent but could be a lot cheaper.
4 different shops tried to get my VW drain plug out without success. Birkhead had it out within 30 minutes. Got me right in and right out. Great customer service. I'd definitely recommend them and I'll definitely trust them with my car from now on!
