Christian Brothers are the real deal. I went to them after praying to find a good place to bring my Expedition to after having it at the dealer for A/C work. They didn't repair the Expy where it would work properly and they had it for over 2 weeks. David was very professional and kept me in the loop during the whole repair process which was extensive since the whole A/C system front and rear was heavily contaminated thus the repeated problems from the dealership. It appears they didn't flush the system properly, so the expansion valves kept clogging. Mike is a former Ford employee with 12 years of experience and he got everything working again as it should and the price was reasonable for the work and parts replaced. Secondary to that I needed tires rotated on my other vehicle so I gave them a call since I was in the area. They were able to get me right in and got the rotation done rapidly to boot. In and out in less than a half hour is way better than I get at Costco where I have to take one of my other cars it's where the tires were purchased. They actually did the rotation no charge "just give us a good review on Google". I never give reviews, but this one is easy, because they truly deserve it. Professional, friendly, service where they go out of the way to try and save their customers money, and yet offer you snacks and water while you wait. Outstanding Christlike businesses are few and far between in this world....I think I have just found one of them.
10++++++ !! I have never received such wonderful customer service!! The team here is amazing! They truly are there to help you ! I am telling all of my family and friends to visit them!! We are going to start going here for preventive maintenance as well as any other problems that may come our way! They are hands down the best place in town!!!
I have taken two cars for a/c repairs and other issues. I was so impressed with the staff. The repairs were done in a very timely fashion. I was updated on any new developments during the repairs. They went out of their way to try to save me money where they could. I will definitely take our cars there when possible. Please give them a try!
These people are very honest. I stopped in today to have my brakes looked at, these people could have taking me for a ride and just replace them. Instead this was not what needed to be done at this time. While I waited on my car, in a very clean and comfortable waiting room, I was offered a bottle of the water. After getting my oil changed we discussed when we would look at the bakes again. They have our business but most of all our trust.
They had my van and checked the transmission and fluid. They didn't notice water in the transmission fluid and it ruined my transmission. So I had to tow my van to a transmission place, because they wouldn't help pay for the issue or give me a break on their pricing. The other problem, they only looked at the transmission, nothing else so their price would have gone up. So I took it somewhere else. I paid less and he repaired everything that was wrong.
