Greg and his team are the most caring, honest, and professional people in this business. I had to have my 2011 BMW engine replaced, and they not only beat every other quote I obtained (by almost half) but they also went above and beyond by keeping me very informed, giving me rides to and from the shop, and most importantly by showing genuine compassion and concern. I will never take my vehicle to anyone else again – Elite Automotive would get an infinite star review if possible!
I have had work done on three of my cars by these guys. They are excellent and honest. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for foreign car repairs.

I was told to drop my car off and they would look at it on a Tuesday. I was going on a trip for work so I obtained a rental car from Sunday-Wednesday and then I dropped my car off at their shop on Sunday evening. Wednesday I hadn't heard from the shop so I called to inquire. They informed me that they did not get a chance to look at it and then stated it would probably be Friday or the following Monday before they could get to it. I dropped off the rental car and picked the car up to take it some other place. These guys had come highly recommended to me by others. The only reason I did two stars is because I believe they are nice guys. I just apparently must be the only customer who got the short end of their customer service stick.
