Greg & Kenny run a lean operation. Everybody works, hustles, and smiles as they address each other as "sir". This is the most professional auto service shop in town. They have a wealth of knowledge and don’t waste time and money exploring what the problem is. They typically know the fix as soon as the problem is provided. They have very little competition in the areas of pricing, work ethic, and integrity.
They are EXCEPTIONAL on all fronts! Wonderful staff with impeccable customer service. Speedy as advertised. They take wonderful care of their clients and their vehicles. I went due to a low air tire and they filled it up no cost and sent me on my way with a smile. Went back due to the friendliness for an oil change and was impressed with the employees kindness. I wish I could remember his name JR on my receipt was extremely friendly and helpful as I checked in. DP (Daniel I think?) was my technician and was equally as fantastic. I will exclusively be using them!!!!
Literally the best experience we have ever had with a shop, period(and it was just an oil change). They went ridiculously out of their way to explain systems and maintenance items that were new to us since we just got a diesel sprinter. We’re from Colorado, so it’s a shame we can’t come here over and over for service and oil changes. Awesome service!
Excellent customer service is a rarity these days. These gentlemen are the exception. They are incredibly customer service oriented. They never fail to make me feel special and appreciated as a customer. They are the only folks in town I use for all my tire and oil service. I love my car and want it to be well taken care of. I trust these guys and would recommend them to everyone!
Best service from any business I've ever been to. Every employee is genuinely friendly and has a passion for their job. They are so helpful, especially if you're like me and know nothing about cars. Somehow, they always remember my name, even though I only go there a few times a year. Gregg, the manager, is extremely knowledgeable. Service was quick and efficient. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Best service I have ever received.
