German Autohaus replaced the water pump on my VW CC. The following day my car began misfiring, followed by a flashing engine light.
The only negative thing I have to say is that I was charged $200 more than I was quoted with no warning, after being told it would likely be less than what I was quoted. Not a huge deal but definitely didn't make my day! The work done on my car seems just fine and everyone I spoke to was polite and knowledgeable. I chose this shop because I wanted my car in safe hands and that is what I got! Shame about the price!
feel like they are fair priced, but dropped a vehicle off on Monday first thing letting them know I had to have it back by Wed. at close. Called Wed, morning and they had not started on it saying it would be Thursday or Friday. This was entirely unacceptable due to many factors and running back and forth across town to them. Last time I take anything to them!
If you have German car that needs work... there is no better place to take it! The guys at German Autohaus are honest, fast, and affordable I have used them multiple times in the past. They just finished up some insurance work and they handled it 110% better than the dealership was. They don't mess around... they just get the job done every time. Don't let the dealership rob you, especially if your car is out of warranty. You will not regret taking your car here.
I returned my car and Greg inspected my car and felt the issue was their fault. Some particles had gotten into the fuel injector and he cleaned it, but stated he would like to replace it free of charge. Thank you Greg for your kindness and honesty. German Autohaus will definitely be my new repair/service center moving forward.
Contacted them To replace an engine....scheduled and confirmed they could repair within couple weeks..... towed my car in the next day.... called back a week later to see when my car would be ready... “was told we had a tech quit and it would be a month before they could start on the repair”. Nice people but disappointed I was out all towing charges and they did not stand behind their commitment..... all I got was sorry. In my business, we work overtime or all hours to meet our customer commitments... or we don’t make the commitment
