This place used to be the best until they moved to Fort ogelthorpe they do not have good SERVICE at ALL !!! I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY I dont even think they deserve 1 star but I had to to WARN everybody out here not to go here !!!!! So I called in to see if I could get a oil change and they said to come on in ... I got there and the guy that's always in the front always says they can't do it So I kinda got a lil aggitated and was like well that's funny cause I just called 15 mins ago and guy told me to come on in... So like 4 weeks later I go to check my oil and its almost empty and they tightened my oil lid so tight that I had to go somewhere else to get them to open my oil lid... AWFUL SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!
Highland Tire is a great team, and there aren't many shops that I trust to work on both my company vehicles and a 40-year-old truck. Quick turn around, fair pricing, and great customer service set them apart.
I paid a lot of money to get the air recharged on my wife's car but it is not any better. Last year they did it and it was good for a year, this time it was not cooling any better when my wife drove it home. But I did not know until we left on vacation two days later and have not had the time to take it back but I should. I have lowered my rating from 5 to 3 stars for now.
Best customer service I have experienced from a auto service center in a while. The staff was friendly courteous and didn't try to oversell me on any additional services. I had my tires serviced there and it only took about 30 minutes. The waiting area is clean and has a vending machine for snacks.Will definitely be back and and I highly recommend them.
