I Took my mustang GT to this location to have a full exhaust system put out on it. I could not have asked for better service. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. They Took care of my vehicle and made sure everything was put on correctly. If you have any Muffler work, oil changes, or Mechanic work in general that needs to be done I highly recommend taking it to this Maxi muffler location. Thanks guys!!!
I dropped my car off for an oil change early one morning and asked the manager to check a couple of other small issues I was having as well, just to make sure that they weren’t leading to larger issues. He gave me a call to let me know my serpentine belt needed replaced but that everything else was in good shape, and that he had checked other parts for me as well.
Very responsive and had my car back to me quickly. It was my first experience with these guys but I feel as if they went above and beyond!
I've been going to Maxi Auto in East Ridge for about three years now. And they remember me (actually it's the Land Cruiser they remember!) I won't go anywhere else, every time they do an excellent job. I went in last week because my car was making a noise. They checked it out quickly and got it fixed right away. I received a response fro the owner who just stood behind his mechanics and made excuses for them. These people are hacks plain and simple. They lack the ability to diagnose in completion and to do a COMPLETE r as opposed to half a#ed repairs that lead to additional problems. If you car has been repaired here, I would question the quality and completeness of the repair as well as the SAFETY issues you may now have with your vehicle.
I wouldn't take a broken wooden wagon to these hacks. 2 opportunities on two different cars and they did half as**d service on both, resulting in a visit to the dealership to remedy the problems they created. RUN RUN RUN far and fast from these jokers!!!
I have used this Maxi location for brakes and tires. They have been very professional and worked quickly even when I found myself in a time crunch needing my car back. I have spoken with Nick on most occasions and he has always explained everything and done the best as possible to work within my budget. I will return for service again when needed.
