Awesome service!!! I was visiting the area with family for Spring Break when I realized my headlight was out. I called several repair shops in the area & when I called Midas I was given great service from the initial phone call until they completed the work on my vehicle. They quoted the cheapest price, and fastest service time, and delivered. I just recently purchased my vehicle and he knew of issues with recalls on my vehicle and took the time to check if their were any recalls on my model year. I can't say how much we appreciated the service, time and care that they showed us. If you are in the Hixson/Chattanooga area these guys deserve your business!!
Hixson Midas has gone above and beyond in my book. They found a major error with my clutch and the previous shop didn't put any nuts on it (when installing engine and transmission) and it was pushing against the firewall. I am so happy they found this problems and now it feels like a brand new car. The best part is they didn't even charge me for it. They are so nice, professional and simply AMAZING! What great people. Took my Ford Fusion in due to knocking noise and exhaust smell. These guys showed me where the noise was coming from and other problems, recommended I take it back to dealership. They invested a lot of time and did not even charge me. I'll go back to them first all my general maintenance. Thanks guys!!!!!!
The manager at the Midas in Hixson, TN is beyond helpful. He has gone out of his way multiple times to help us get back on the rode quickly and in an affordable way. He has never led us astray and is honest about times and prices up front. I can't speak highly enough about this Midas and the man running this business! Very impressed.
Initially not the lowest price quote but this location offers price match! I was able to get the tires I wanted at a great price and put on by true auto techs. Service was extremely friendly and professional. Will go back for any future work.
