On a recent road trip to Atlanta, a piece of debris was kicked up by the vehicle in front of us and immediately dinged our windshield. It was about the size of a quarter. Very professional, efficient and fair. The technician arrived at our house when he said he would be there, replaced the windshield carefully and quickly. We had an issue (not the windshield itself) during the replacement and Satellite acted quickly, daringly and professionally. I particularly want to thank Derek. My tech, Anthony, was really friendly and informative. I was told they would be at my house between 12-5 and he was plus I got an automated text telling me when he would be here. He also went above and beyond and cleaned my windows and vacuumed for me. He let me know the possibility of the crack spreading and explained the process. I knew what to expect thanks to him and I was happy. Really quick, no hassle experience.
