Took them over a month to repair my bumper. The customer service Leaves a lot to be desired. But my car was very clean when returned and my bumper did look great.
So right now my car (Infiniti G37) is at the shop. I went by on Monday October 30 and signed the paperwork to get them started. I found out today (Friday, November 3 that the parts were just now ordered). This delay is costing me money in a rental and then I was told that it would be today or Monday before the parts are in and work gets started on the car. A bit disappointed in the latency in ordering parts which is now going to delay me getting my car back and incurring additional costs.
I do not have complain regarring their work but they charged my credit card twice. If i had not look at credit card expenses online I would have never noticed and paid $1000 instead of $500 deductible. Need to file dispute with Credit Card Company.
Fast and friendly, the staff all are very professional, and the Body and Paint shop are best, they do amazing work.
So as an update, Service King made all things right. Thanks to the my service contact, he made sure to keep me updated with weekly phone calls without me having to contact them. Then, even though one of their parts suppliers incorrectly shipped them a major part for my car to complete the repair, Service King took it upon themselves to cover the cost of my rental car when it went 4 days past the term of contract my insurance company allowed for.
