The worst place you could possibly stay. If I could rate zero stars I surely would. The rooms are dirty and the people are beyond rude! This place isn't even liveable. Stay far away if you can. There's better options out here.
Worst place ever to stay... even weekly or monthly. It's like a prison boot camp. Visitors have to turn in id. They can't stay after 10pm if they do they gotta pay 5 bucks HAMILTON INN VISITORS JUST GO TO YOUR ROOM THEY DON'T HAVE TO PAY TO STAY THE NIGHT... not only chatt city suites is infested with bugs rats. And it's run down. People that say they run the place are rude direspectful ect.
Horrible service.. the ceiling in the room I'm in my was leaking on me while I was sleep, from the upstairs bathtub... management was notified and nothing was done but the floor mopped up... they never changed the mattress and and only offered to move one of us to a new room... light bulbs were blown out. Cracks along the door way and window... it was absolutely horrible... DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE!
This place is a joke! Stayed there & had an air conditioner that wouldn't work. When told that the a.c. wasn't working the so called " maintenance man" kept putting Freon in it & said it would worked. Went 2 months with no a.c. discovered bed bugs on the bed & then got kicked out because they claimed they weren't there. Pictures price otherwise. They had been there a long time before we were put in the room. Mold in the room that was not cleaned. The "security" think they are something else. Rude & disrespectful people who run the place.
I have not had any real issues here for myself it has been rather pleasant
