Overall the in store customer service is good and there a nice range of mattresses for every pocketbook. My problem came when I called to inquire about a particular mattress we were considering buying. I called to see if it was made in the USA and if its materials originated in the US. The girl who answered said it was made in Denver and after consulting with a co-worker told me only a few of the foundations had some imported materials. I thought this sounded suspicious so I called the main line for the corporate headquarters and was told straightforward, the Denver Mattress Green Choice mattresses are made in China. I called back to the Chattanooga store and explained to another associate about the false info the girl gave me and he immediately said "She's kinda new". Understandable, but she sounded pretty confident and even said "let me check with someone else, I don't want to tell you the wrong thing". Denver Mattress Chattanooga needs to maybe have a more informative orientation for new employees.

I love my mattress when I first bought it after three years is started sagging. It is now about five years and my back is killing me I called them and they indicated that I could measure the depth of the indention and if it was more than one and a half inches they would replace BUT you Half to measure on the tall fluffy parts of the mattress which are field with excellent fiber fill so no matter what you do you will never get the one and a half inches. I did like a pole across my bed and there is a very obvious sag more than one and a half inches but the conditions that they give you to measure will never end up in you receiving a new mattress. Very disappointed i expected a quality product.......but this is what you get. I would post the picture that I took but there's no option for that
Will was super helpful and gave me a solid discount. They worked with me when I had some issues with specific policies about returns. Seems like a great place - and would buy again. Only time will tell if I like the mattress!
