Good job. Nice room and staff. Clean enough. It smells nice. It's convenient. I stayed two nights for work. This will become my Chattanooga hotel on all future visits.
The staff was great. However, thin walls made for a noisy visit. You can hear, with great detail, the sounds of the surrounding bathrooms. Sides and above. And the heat/ac was either on or off, no constant fan option to help drown out the noise.
This is a new hotel rooms are very nice clean and comfortable. I wish the TV was on a swivel and that it ha d a love seat or sofa. The staff went out of their way to help in any they can to make trip the best possible.
