Great location, very convenient to the mall and I-75. They were very accommodating for my late check-in and late checkout. I highly recommend this location.
This is my second stay at Hampton Inn & Suites/Hamilton Place. Very nice rooms, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast (good selection of breakfast items). Great location. This location is near shopping, nice restaurants, and has easy freeway access. I look forward to future stays.
Had a terrific time during an overnight stay with my Mom. Our rooms each had great views and were so quiet. All of the staff members, from front desk to housekeeping, were helpful and happy. The breakfast bar was impressive and bottled water was always on hand and offered to us, not to mention the chocolate chip cookies upon check in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to the next time!
This is a really nice modern hotel. The room was large and well decorated. The staff was friendly and i will definitely stay here in thr future. Sometimes Hampton are hit or miss. This hotel is definitely hit. There is also plenty of restaurants in the area
I am aDiamond member so I practically live in hotels. This is got to be one of the worst Hamptons I've ever stayed in. As soon as I walk in the door to my room I was hit with a sour smell. The room appeared to be updated but was disgusting the bathroom wasn't properly clean at all. Pubic hairs still on the toilet and soap scum in the tub, the floors we're not vacuumed. One of the beds had stain on the sheet and when I pulled the sheet back I saw where the stain came from, It was at waist height and light brown, I don't even want to know what it was. I will not be staying here in the future. Who knows maybe I just got their worst room but you are only as strong as your weakest link.
