The location is nice and the room we had was suitable for our needs. However, the fold-a-bed was halfway unfolded, several of the drawers were open, and the toilet seat was upside down and unattached. The first two I could give the benefit of the doubt for - maybe drawers were left open as a convenience or the folding sofa bed was left that way to indicate it was a folding bed - but the toilet seat literally being unattached left us wondering as to what happened. Was the staff whisked away and they forgot to finish the job? Was it laziness? Certainly not a professional thing to leave undone.
Additionally, our door keys stopped working minutes before checkout. We had to run back downstairs and have them reactivate our keys so we could leave on time.
Very nice room, updated newer property. Staff is very professional and courteous. Would stay here again for sure when coming to Chattanooga. Only down is the 15/night valet only fee - not a valet person but they were fast and very nice.
Very nice, clean rooms. Very kid friendly, pool was great for an afternoon break. We had no problems with noise, either inside or outside, that others have complained about. This is a fantastic location in the heart of the fun activities of Chattanooga! Just park your car and walk everywhere!
Clean, modern hotel. Easy walking distance to attractions (aquarium, children's museum, ducks, etc.) Rooms were well appointed - fridge & microwave were much appreciated. Didn't have any issues with noise. Sixth floor had good view of city life. Breakfast was held at the on-site fancy steakhouse facility, but was your typical breakfast fare - bacon/sausage, eggs, grits, fruit, yogurt, bread, cereal, etc. It was easy, but if you didn't get it included with your rate then go explore somewhere else. Indoor pool was heated, but barely. It was just warm enough to swim but it was no hot tub. Staff were all friendly. I must especially point out Jesus, who saw us checking in with two toddlers and immediately brought us a crib and set it up for us. We saw him several other times during a week-long stay and he was always kind and asked how our day was. He gets five stars all to himself!
Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff! Asked to move rooms because ours didn't have a tub. We were moved immediately. FYI- only handicap rooms have tubs, so ask for that kind of room if you want/need a tub.
