The place And people living there are fine. Its the owner and security worker that make what could be a good low income housing into a slum. Most there are hard working people with no place to,go. Good people. I will say its a good place only because of its people living there long term. That and mike who manages it. Great man! Deserves to own it because of his heart for the good people living there.
The rooms look like a crime scene. Stains all over the carpet old ran down appliances. I had to ask for a coffee pot and a iron. This room is supposedly non smoking but yet cigarette burns all over counter tops, desk, window seal and Air unit. The place needs pest control as well. I counted 5 in the bathroom and 4 on the bedside table. I'm really disgusted with the room I'm stuck with. I paid two weeks up front and Im sick. I waisted 480$. So I guess sleeping in my vehicle is way better than getting staff or an std from the Unit
The place is ran down . Looks nice on the outside but nasty gross disgusting on the inside. By the pictures ive posted judge for yourself. I was told this was one of their best rooms. This disturbs me on so many levels
I was greeted by competant , friendly
and professional staff. On business in Chattanooga we booked a Week for two Adults $245 plus a $50 deposit. After the end of the first week, We decided to stagnated 7 days. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. A two-way stove top, kitchens-style sink and a larger fridge that can hold a weeks worth of food. The Mesmerizing beauty that checked us in didn't hurt either. Kind, fast and helpful(most importantly) but Beauty never hurts in the Hospitality Industry. I'd stay again and likely will! :)
Just met up with a friend who lives there. Decently nice. Easy to get to location, public transport nearby.
