Good for a week, anything more I wouldn't suggest. They're supposed to clean once a week, and they don't. You have to clean their linens and pay far too much for the laundry room. Hard to pull in or out of during any kind of moderate traffic. Seems to have a lot of children running around unsupervised
Overall nice double bed room...clean fridge n double eye stovetop...downfall, no cooking or eating ware to be found.
Excellent service and an overall nice experience. Compared to other extended stays in the Chattanooga area, this particular establishment surpasses the competition. The rooms get a 4 out of 5 star rating. The customer service gets 5 out of 5 stars. And lastly the location is perfect.
I chose here because studio 6 didnt have a weekly room available for a week. I found this one and it's close to my job. Let me list the problems. I made a reservation for a Queen studio. They quoted me the total price after taxes at 298 and some change. I get to the hotel, and that room isn't available only a double full and it's 333. Then it's all the way in back on the 3rd floor. This place has no elevators so I got to lug my things up two long flights of stairs. The website says pet friendly but they say no pets when you get here and their paperwork says no pets. So I had to put my dog at a kennel. Then i see several people walking their dogs and I see the front desk walk past the same room I walked by with the cat in the window. These are definitely not service animals either. There are no dishes. The WiFi is so slow I can't even watch an online streaming movie. The weekly cleaning is nothing more than them spraying deodorizer, sweeping, vacuuming, and spraying your toilet off. The roaches are horrible. I do not recommend this place. The lower cable channels have a lot of static. Locked my keys in the room took two hours before I could get back in. Office hours 11-7. After hours person never answered calls or returned my message. I got a key when the office opened at 11.
Room was clean. Staff professional but firm. Location is prime. Had 1 roach the whole week there so I'd say pest infestation is well under control. Internet could be faster (normally at kbps not mbps). Do wish they were pet friendly. Overall i do recommend this place to stay.
