This was the very best sales experience we have ever had. Of every sales or just shopping trip ever we have never been treated so right by a sales person. Nicholas Richardson was very professional yet down to earth from the minute we walked in. He was patient with our many questions, was honest as we could gather about everything and took the time we needed to decide what we needed or wanted from this trip. He showed us all our choices even to the point of getting us to relax while showing us one product! Very impressive, and never once pushed us or made us want to leave as we have always experienced with any sales process. We are not very patient with most sales people so we know. It was very worth this time to review, which we never do. Highly recommend this salesperson to anyone anywhere. He could sell us anything!
My husband and I just left Mattress Firm, and we couldn't be happier! We were assisted by the store manager, Nick Richardson. He greeted us as soon as we entered the store. We had several questions, and Nick was very knowledgeable. He explained different options, and asked questions to help make suggestions that would fit our needs. We had our two young children with us, and the store had a lego table, and complementary snacks, which kept them happy. I didn't think that picking out and purchasing a new bed would be this easy.
