Rooms were nice size and clean with well appointed furniture. Service was friendly and helpful! Alchemy on tenth floor has good bar food and drinks! Location very convenient within walking distance of the aquarium. Recommended
We had drinks on the rooftop bar. Very nice ambiance and there was live music which is fabulous. Drinks were good, although the specialty drink I ordered wasn't available because they didn't have all the ingredients. Service was a little slow but overall a good experience. As long as they continue with love music it should be a great spot for Chattanooga.
So glad we chose to stay at the newly opened Westin downtown. The hotel was beautiful, our room was clean and cozy. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Most of our restaurant choices and daily activities were those suggested by the staff and didn’t disappoint. The hotel was also dog friendly which is a huge plus. Excited to plan another trip back to Chattanooga and we will definitely stay at the Westin.
The entire staff from the second we pulled in greeted us with smiles & kindness! Every staff member were helpful. The hotel is beautiful inside & out! Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night. We are considering changing our plans & coming back a day early just to stay here for a couple days. I will definitely stay here again!!!
Just 1 word is needed STUNNING. This hotel is incredibly gorgeous. No detail was over looked. Staff incredibly nice and make you feel very welcome from the valets to the front desk. Come and enjoy a beautiful experience
