Great extended stay with good professional staff...very secure..restful extended stay for those that work...
If you like smelling weed all the time, people hanging out outside the hotel and other guests blasting ridiculously loud music so that the entire hotel can hear and managment won’t do anything about stay here. Rooms are clean only because they’re new. That’s about it, come here if you want to be in a hotel with absolutely no rules.
People travel long distances to see something special and COUNT ON the hotel room being ready and waiting.
Taking care of guests IS YOUR JOB. It is, literally, what you do for a living.
After reading their booking policies, which stated that if you were arriving late, to call and let them know, otherwise your reservation could be cancelled. No problem. On the day of the reservation, called the hotel well ahead of time to advise them that we would be arriving late. Front desk says no problem, they close the front desk at 8 pm, just pick up the wall phone and let them know when you arrive and they'll come down and check us in. Easy.
Wife has a pounding headache due to the smell.
We had to drive across 3 states for 9 hours to get to the place.
Great and new rooms, office is not 24/7, room was not cleanned once during a 10 day stay

its clean, staff is very helpful, and it seemed to be very quit all the time. i stayed there for a period of a couple of months. rooms are basic for extended stay type hotels. its fairly new so that always helps with cleanness but cleaning staff was doing well while i was there. would have prefered a more comfortable feel to the room but if your someone on the road working and getting in an going to bed what does it really matter. thought price was a little high as well.
Drive 9 hours, get to the hotel, and they tell us they've over-booked and our room is no longer available. They call their "sister" hotel and got us a SMOKING room, which smells disgusting, especially to a wife who has a bionic sense of smell, not to mention having to bring a baby in this room.
We booked a room at this place in order to drive to a location near where the solar eclipse would be 100%.
