For starters, pretty sure the girl who took our order at the drive through was high. We could not understand her, and when we got to the window she was out of it. The service was very, very slow. We waited a long time in the drive through to get our food. A very long time. It seemed like all the employees had no clue what to do and they were very disorganized. Not sure what is going on, but management needs to step in.
Cheap and quick Italian food with the kind of quality you can expect from cheap and quick. To be more specific, better than Stoffers, lesser than Olive Garden (of which i believe is not great Italian.
Very nice. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The food came out quickly and it was nice and hot.
Awesome food. Always delicious. Our food was served without utensils. There were none available in the dining area. My husband stood there for at least 5-10 minutes with two employees toward the back talking and looking at him. The manager/shift supervisor stood by the door chatting the entire time we were there dining. Will not eat at this location ever again.
All of that being said Fazoli's needs more locations. It's perfectly fine for when you want Italian food but don't want to break the bank or waste too much time at a sit down 'finer dining' location.
Horrible attitudes. Impatient with taking our order during a slow time. I think she wanted to stand around and talk with the other employees and was bothered by a customer's presence.
