Only complaint was that the place wasn't as clean as it should be. Bathroom -- don't go in there! Gross!
This restaurant would be so much better under new management. We have been here a few times and while the food is good it's the service that needs revamping. My wife was a witness to a lady manager rolling her eyes while walking away from a customer who asked for the seat to be wiped off. Further we waited for 4 minutes to be seated and then another 21 minutes to get our food.
Thursday morning 8:30. No wait for table. Place was not crowded. Table was icky. Server was great. Got coffee right out and came back more than 4 times to check if we needed anything.
I give it a five star because the "1" waitress that was there took very good care of us and many other tables. The food was a bit cold, but again, there was only one waitress working. She was very helpful, polite, and courteous!
Food came right out. Tasted excellent.
Our server from Louisiana was great. He was the best people experience here. The hostess who sat us needs an attitude adjustment or a new job. October 28 at 12:30p is when we showed up.
I only like the pancakes, everything else is not of my liking. The service is good though. The space and setup of the restaurant is good too. It is the busiest in the morning when everyone want breakfast, it is quiet in the afternoon. But when it comes to the meats I don't recommend then, my chicken tastes bad and my brother couldn't eat the t-bone stake due to texture and flavor.
The lack of connection, communication, and apologetic attitude for dumping a plate of food on my partner left a foul tasting impression in our mouths at the Brainerd Road, Chattanooga Ihop. The servers were apathetic and lackluster at best; no noticeable professional ambition of what so ever. The restaurant was not busy enough to warrant such lack of customer service. The food had a dry, ashy texture with a pig swill flavor left unpleasantly lingering on our palates. If you want to experience poor quality all around I urge you to visit this hideous establishment. If you prefer to be treated with respect and eat food that was meant for human consumption, please dine elsewhere, I implore you, for your sanity's sake.
Been there several times and never had a BIG problem. Just REALLY needs to be cleaned up. Servers with dreadlocks and no hair nets is kinda cool, but really kinda NOT.
