My wife and I read the reviews (mostly negative) but decided to give the place a chance since the place is fairly new and we thought maybe they ironed out the kinks by now. We ordered a Margherita pizza with ricotta cheese. When the pizza was brought to our table it looked nothing like it was supposed to. The pizza was missing the olive oil, ricotta cheese and the most important part of the Margherita pizza the basil. The staff was very friendly and took the pizza in the back and put some basil on top and sprinkled some olive oil. We got our money back for the ricotta cheese since you can't add it on after it's been baked. Unfortunately that wasn't the end of the experience. The staff was arguing in the back with the managers (Quite loud) which made it super awkward to finish eating our meal. We won't be coming back anytime soon. I can't say anything for the other things on their menu but their pizza was not good.
We got the chicken wings, a pepperoni calzone and cheese ravioli. All were really good, the calzone was a bit heavy on garlic which was fine with me but be aware if you are not. They have a selectable Coke machine but had no diet drinks of any kind loaded into the machine. They do have 2 liter and 20 oz Cokes available in the cooler. I saw another customer with a sub and french fries and they looked good. Another had chicken wings and they ate every one of them and seemed to enjoy them.
Once again, Great people, Great staff and fantastic food! They literally have something for everybody.
Best Pizza in town!! I was in Chattanooga to visit family and decided to stop by!!! Staff was very friendly and customer service was the top of the line!! They made sure that we enjoyed our food helped us on suggesting vegetarian options for some of us!! Price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food!! Must try this place!!
Great place, food was so fresh and perfect, I really enjoyed the fact that they have large menu, truly something for everyone. My wife doesn't like pizza much but she had so many other choices unlike other pizza place. She loved the Greek Stromboli & salad. Good Portion size. They made pizza just as I requested, to make well done pizza, good crust. Service is outstanding as well. We sure will be back.
Great company. Great staff. Managers are extremely nice and polite when a mistake was made. They just opened two days ago and I understand they’re under a lot of pressure and that’s okay. These other reviews are not accurate of what this company stands for.
