Our waiter was good and the place was clean. Waiter was knowledgeable about how the food was prepared and offered an allergy menu since I have food sensitivities.
Service was great. Sides and tea awesome. Ribs were overcooked, dry and tough. Sauce was great. This was second time we tried Sticky Fingers, will not try again. There are better places for ribs for the same money or less.
Arrived in Chattanooga only to find the restaurant we wanted to go to closed. Asking my daughter where she'd like to go she stated Sticky Fingers. Patty of 5 arrived at 615 pm, was seated immediately. Restaurant did not seem busy. We had ample time to enjoy time with each other as we were celebrating her birthday. My son and I shared the ribs combo plate, they state that it is for two people, you could easily feed three. Brisket was good..tender and good flavor just a bit on the dry side. Pulled pork plate my daughter had was delicious and the peach cobbler that she received as a birthday dessert was mouth watering!
Had the rib special with Tennessee whiskey sauce and it was honestly amazing! Ribs were tender and delicious. Coleslaw was amazing and so was the baked beans. They have many variety of food and I'm sure each one is as delicious. Can't wait to go again when I visit Tennessee.
We stayed a long time to watch a football game. The staff was very kind and the food was very good. Had some local beers that were on tap, their appetizer sampler, ribs (Memphis wet is my favorite), and two desserts. Everything was great, except Auburn lost, but that isn't Sticky Fingers' fault!
Their different bbq sauces were very good.
The food was just okay. The ribs were a bit on the dry side and the pulled pork tasted as if a lot of smoke flavor was added (they may not use that, but it was very strong tasting).
